Mark E. Sparger is a dynamic and results-driven executive renowned for his leadership in global operations, sales, and strategic transformation across telecommunications, IT, SaaS, and global services. With over 20 years of experience, he has consistently led high-performing teams, optimized efficiencies, and driven sustainable growth. Mark’s leadership acumen extends across major industry players; including Asyncrob, Sorenson, Carfax, Fiber Prime Telecommunications, Equifax, and Sprint, where he managed billion-dollar portfolios, reengineered operations, and delivered exponential revenue growth.
His ability to navigate complex markets, drive innovation, and lead organizations through transformation underscores his executive influence. Holding an MBA from Virginia Tech and certifications in LEAN Six Sigma (Green Belt) and MEDDPICC Sales Methodology, Mark is a proven leader in governance, risk management, financial oversight, M&A, ESG, and digital transformation—making him an invaluable asset to executive leadership teams and corporate boards

Robert J. Mather, esq.
Robert J. Mather—a Deaf attorney and lifelong advocate for disability rights—brings over 40 years of legal expertise to WIS. A 1977 graduate of DePaul University College of Law, Mather began his career as an advisor on accessibility with the Architectural and Transportation Barriers Compliance Board (1982) and later shaped national disability policy as Deputy Chief Counsel. From 1982 onward, he served as a senior trial attorney in the U.S. Department of Justice's Civil Rights Division, Disability Rights Section, helping draft and enforce landmark ADA regulations for Titles II and III. He further contributed as counsel to the U.S. Commission on Education of the Deaf and on advisory committees to the FCC for NextGen 911 accessibility. Robert's journey—from overcoming attitudinal barriers in law school to becoming a nationally respected expert and finally innovating accessible media through WIS—demonstrates his mission-driven leadership at the intersection of law, culture, and technology.

Tsung-Han “Henri” Tsai
DJ Henri is a Deaf visual storyteller with a strong background in media production, editing, and photography. His creative work focuses on inclusive content that empowers communities and amplifies the power of visual language. At WIS, Henri plays a vital role in producing vibrant, high-impact media that reflects the Deaf experience and expands the reach of sign language in digital spaces. With an eye for both narrative and visual detail, he ensures that every frame speaks with clarity, culture, and purpose.

Dr. Susan M. Mather
Dr. Susan M. Mather is a nationally respected linguist, educator, and author specializing in American Sign Language (ASL), Deaf studies, and visual communication. With decades of experience in higher education and research, she is widely recognized for her groundbreaking work on the structure and evolution of sign languages, as well as the cultural and cognitive dimensions of visual language. She is co-author of *Movers and Shakers: Deaf People Who Changed the World* and has published extensively on sign language pedagogy, Deaf identity, and bilingual education. At WIS, Dr. Mather ensures linguistic and cultural authenticity—working alongside our actors and storytellers to bring true depth and integrity to every piece of media WIS produces.
